Everyone can feel overwhelmed.
Most people feel exhausted.
Though some of them feel more burn-out than the others.
The thing is, everything that you struggle about is real.
Your problems are valid.
You are loved.
Depression is real, anyone could have it.
It doesn’t matter whether;
you’re 8, being extremely upset that no one would talk to you
you’re 14, experiencing your 1st heartbreak
you’re 16, thinking you’re not worth anything
you’re 19, feeling lost and doesn’t have a life purpose
you’re 29, devastated that you just got fired from your job
or many many more other reasons.
Mental health is not something that one could joke about.
Many people died from suicide.
Most of them didn’t even get the chance to experience life to their fullest.
Suicidal people isn’t always straightforward,
Many of them keep their problem to themselves,
Not wanting other to know about their problem.
Some because they’re scared.
Scared of judgement, scared of dissaproval, or even dismissal.
Either way, if you’re struggling, please talk.
Do not keep it to yourself.
Talk to your friends, your parents, family, or professionals.
Please do not harm yourself because of this,
Just live.
Live until you find something good enough to keep living.
Or, if you think someone you know is struggling, please reach out.
Just a simple “How are you today?” could make their mind change.
Caring is suicide prevention.
Checking on them is suicide prevention.
Smiling to them is suicide prevention.
You can help.
Everyone deserves sunshine.
